At Trinity Life our most important asset is people - and people building is our number one concern. Every opportunity and encouragement will be given to our Agents to advance to sales management positions. However, those who do not wish the added responsibility of management will find a rewarding and challenging career as a sales professional with Trinity Life as an Agent.
Every new Agent will be given intensive in-house training in sales system and marketing techniques, followed by field training by a member of our experienced field management or a successful field representative. Continued training will be provided on a weekly basis in local areas and on a monthly basis at our home office in Tulsa.
TRINITY LIFE’S WORK PLAN FOR SUCCESS
The Management team of Trinity Life has many years of sales and sales management experience. Our Agents have the unique opportunity to learn from seasoned sales leaders who have been successful in the sale of life insurance. This experience has proven that sales people are not born but are developed, through sales education, techniques, effort and through mathematics. Sales, after all is a numbers game. We all understand that not every prospect will buy a product or service but, over the years the management of Trinity Life has developed a proven work plan for success that takes the guess work out of selling and if followed can guarantee your success if this work plan is followed.
TLIC currently markets “The Trinity Life Accumulator”. The Trinity Life Accumulator is an individual life insurance/annuity product that provides life insurance death benefits, however the primary focus of the product is to provide living benefits though an annuity rider. The annuity rider’s interest rate is guaranteed at 4% and the current rate is 6%. The annuity rider is eligible to receive additional interest credits as declared by the Board of Directors.
TLIC will use the shareholder base of the parent company for leads and referrals to market the Trinity Life Accumulator. It has been proven that this referral network should provide TLIC's sales representatives a competitive advantage by providing leads for quality prospects.
